GifBench is provided as a website that runs an editor in your browser. You may use it for personal or commercial work, including client work and paid deliverables. No attribution is required and nothing you export carries our branding.
You are responsible for the content you process. Because that content never reaches us, we cannot moderate it, and we do not claim any rights over it — anything you create with the tool is yours entirely.
A short list, and all of it is about the site rather than your work:
A Pro licence is a one-time purchase for one person, usable on the devices that person works on. A Studio licence covers a stated number of seats within one organisation and its keys may be reassigned as people join and leave.
A licence includes feature updates for twelve months from purchase. After that period the software you have continues to work and continues to receive fixes; only new features require a renewal. Renewal is optional and lapsing costs you nothing you already had.
Fourteen days from purchase, on request, without needing a reason. Email [email protected] with your key.
The software is provided as is. Browsers differ, codecs differ, and devices run out of memory; we cannot guarantee that every file will process successfully or that output will be free of defects.
Keep your source files. The editor never modifies them, but a draft held in browser storage is not a backup, and clearing site data will remove it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of the software is limited to the amount you paid for it, which for free-tier users is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of TBD, and the courts of TBD have jurisdiction. The operating entity is TBD, of TBD.
